Otter Pass products are made to last. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your Otter Pass purchase. We are happy to receive returns that are in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery. We will refund 100% of the purchase cost; however, all original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Our products are shipped between 8-5 CST Monday-Friday from Austin, Texas. Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed before they are shipped. When you order a product, you can choose your shipment method; expedited orders that are placed BEFORE 1:30pm CST will generally be processed on the same day; orders after 1:30pm will generally be processed at the start of the next business day (we do not offer guarantees on these times because we cannot always control volume and shipping exigencies, but this is our general practice).
Returns and Exchanges
We will happily exchange any item that is not up to your satisfaction. Please include your order number with your email to expedite our process and we will email you instructions for returning or exchanging your product. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.
Please allow 5-7 business days after receipt of the item for all returns. The amount will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment. Note that some banks take additional time to process transactions, so it may take slightly longer than 5-7 days for the money to appear in your account. Please contact Otter Pass if you have any questions or concerns after the 5-7 business days have passed.
Please note that Otter Pass is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc.
